So we may have the different expectation to the leader in terms of the ethical management because they could have the ability to affect the related profit of the human beings and they should form a set of powerful ethics related to the right behavior principle as well as the moral system.

It is important to search for the consistence between the efficient leadership and the ethical decision making which is a necessary condition to make the company suit for the environment and the marketing competition. In order to make sure the leader could make the decisions ethically, it is important for the leaders to consider the ethical standard firstly, and then make sure they could own the suitable means in terms of the ethical decision making, finally to make sure they could have the clear identification on the development of the ethical company. During the management of the company, the leader should not only pay attention to the working performance of the staffs, but also their growth in the working. They could provide the learning chances for them to improve the quality and the ethical management which could also push the development of the integral quality in the company. So if a leader needs to make out the ethical organizational decisions, he is supposed to the high ego strength, less filed dependence as well as the high inner locus of control. As for the outside company, the leader should form the right attitude to the profit involvers including the relationship with the society as well as the natural environment protection. Based on the pursuit of the company profit, the continuing society development also made its request on the protection to the natural resources so the company leaders should also burden the social responsibility.
