    Imagine that you have been asked to lead a team of four students working on a study project that will run for four months. You will be responsible for selecting the students, coordinating team tasks and making sure the team meets its objectives. In no more than a total of 350 words, describe what you will do to:

    c)      Build on the strengths that diversity brings to the team.
