    Your Tasks
    1. Drawing on the records of your learning, briefly describe how your understanding of HRM
    has changed throughout the session (20%).
    2. Critically evaluate the limitations of existing human resource practices and rethink how
    strategic human resource management may be transformed in the future. Issues may include
    but are not limited to the organisational cultures, training and development, performance
    management, retrenchment, and retention. Fundamental to your piece ought to be a
    sophisticated engagement with social justice (70%).
    The remaining 10% of the overall grade will be allocated to your presentation and style (see
    marking rubric on next page).
    Length: Your written response should be no more than 1,500 words in length, excluding the
    reference list.
    Due: Wednesday, 31 st October, 12pm (noon) via UTSOnline. No hard copy submission
    necessary. The take-home exam is designed to be completed in one sitting taking no longer than
    2–3 hours (depending on English proficiency).
